Anand had a cooperated supplier at the beginning, he was researching a product of a new process when I sent email to him, and our company is able to provide this service for him. Our engineer made a comprehensive analysis of his drawings, put forward our own suggestions on some of the processes, and finally successfully cooperated with Anand with our professionality .

Anand placed the mold order for the new product which he designed at first. We started the mold production and sent a sample to him for confirmation. During this period, we had further communicated on the surface treatment process and packing method of samples, which enabled us to better communicate with him about relevant issues in the final bulk order.

After receiving the sample, he tested the quality of the sample, and one month after the sample passed, he placed the first order(2 containers) with more specific requirements for the color of the products.
